VULCANIZED POLYMERIC COMPOUND BASED ON SILICONE RUBBER REINFORCED WITH MMT NANOPARTICLES

The invention relates to a vulcanized polymeric compound used for manufacturing products specific to food and pharmaceutical industry. According to the invention, the compound consists of 100 parts of silicone rubber, 4...5 parts of stearin, 1...3 parts of zinc oxide as microparticles, 1...7 parts of reinforcing agent such as montmorillonite nanoparticles, 10 parts of calcium carbonate, 5...7 parts of reticulation agent such as dicumyl peroxide on silica support and calcium carbonate 40%, the parts being expressed by weight, and it has the following physical and mechanical characteristics: hardness 61...73 ShA, elasticity 12...14%, breaking resistance 3.2...3.6 N/mm, tearing resistance 17...23 N/mm.
