INORGANIC HYBRID MELAMINE RESIN POLYOL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates the technical field of inorganic hybrid high polymer materials, and particularly relates to an inorganic hybrid melamine resin polyol and a preparation method therefor. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) an etherification reaction: adding hexamethylolmelamine and methyl alcohol into a reaction kettle for a heat-preserved reaction; (2) alkali neutralization; (3) a hybridization reaction; (4) cooling and filtering; (5) a transetherification reaction; and (6) removal of residual methyl alcohol by means of distillation obtain a finished product. After a hybridization and crosslinking reaction between the inorganic hybrid melamine resin polyol prepared by using the method according to the present invention and an inorganic hybrid compound, high-temperature-resistant flame-retardant elements like boron, molybdenum, and antimony are introduced into final melamine resin polyol, so that the high temperature resistance and flame retardant property of the melamine resin polyol are improved; the inorganic hybrid melamine resin polyol is mainly applied to preparation of premixed polyether and paint coatings.
