3D textiles and warp knitted meshes for furniture

An Italian SME established in 1962 is specialized since 1989 in production of 3D Textiles for upholstery, automotive and fashion. The innovative products, over the years, have been recognized and appreciated by domestic and foreign customers for the quality, creativity and high level performance.
The production plant consists of 12 Raschel machines (double bar warp knitting machines) and 2 Jacquard looms for production of warp knitted velvets.
The fiber composition of standard production is 100% polyester (PL), flame retardant polyester and ultra violet (UV) resistant polyester, polyamide (PA), wool (WO), cotton (CO), viscose/linen (VI/LI).
The SME supplies raw and/or finished fabrics. Their articles can be piece dyed, yarn dyed and the SME also produces with dope dyed yarn and/or solution dyed yarns depending on the required end use.
The articles can be printed, dyed and treated with water and stain repellent finishing or lamination and coating.
The weight of articles varies from 90 to 700 gr/sqm.
Martindale tests on company?s 3D textiles are among 20000 and 100000 rubs.
The main markets served by the SME are Italy and Europe.
The SME is looking for new partners, mainly located in Europe, interested in manufacturing and commercial agency agreement. Partners can expect a high engagement in order to realize tailor made products and meet ad hoc requirements.
Partners can come both from the already served markets (textile editors, contract, furniture industry, automotive, fashion) and from new markets (textiles for car/bus solar blinds, for transportation -air plane seats, train seats-, for protective clothing -fire protection, military and public order-, for medical / pharmaceutical end use, for filtration purposes) to develop new applications.
