Acquisition of Solvay's phosphorus additives business completeAnnounced in November 2017, the acquisition of the US-based phosphorus additives division of Solvay (Brussels / Belgium; www.solvay.com) by speciality chemicals group Lanxess (Cologne / Germany; www.lanxess.com) has been successfully completed ? see Plasteurope.com of 17.11.2017.
